According to a new report by analyst Datamonitor, “nearshore” is the new offshore, with UK outsourcers favouring the former Eastern bloc countries, as opposed to traditional countries such as India. The report, called “Profiting from Eastern Nearshore Outsourcing”, claims that UK companies are increasingly looking to countries such as the Czech Republic, Latvia and other Baltic Countries.
